"Billing could’ve been clearer"
I liked parts of the service, but the billing kind of threw me off. At first everything seemed straightforward, then later I noticed extra fees that I don’t remember being made obvious upfront. Maybe I missed something, but I kept thinking, wait, where did that charge come from? I’d just prefer the costs to be laid out more clearly from the start.

"Just wasn’t reliable enough for us"
We ran into too many problems with the site not loading and jobs getting stuck. Support did get back to us, but the fixes didn’t happen fast enough to really help. Since we were using it for time-sensitive mail, the delays became unnecessary stress, and after a few failures, we just couldn’t trust it anymore.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about using Stannp, I found it really frustrating to navigate. The layout wasn’t clear to me, and I kept having to click around just to find basic things. Uploading files and getting everything set up took way longer than I expected. Maybe some people get on fine with it, but my experience was painful and not user-friendly at all.

"Easy to order, but I was left wondering what was going on"
Placing the order itself was straightforward, but after that I felt a bit in the dark. The status didn’t update for a long time, so I couldn’t tell if it had actually shipped or if something had gone wrong. I kept checking because I just wanted some reassurance that everything was moving along. Support did eventually get back to me, which I appreciated, but by then it was a little too late for what I needed.

"Delivery was slow"
My order took way longer to arrive than I expected. I get that delays happen, but this one felt like it dragged on forever, which was kinda frustrating

"The integrations were kind of a struggle"
Stannp worked okay overall, but the integration options felt a bit painfully limited for what we were trying to do. I expected things to click together way more smoothly, but instead it turned into this whole little saga of extra manual steps. Connecting it with our usual tools wasn’t exactly effortless, which was frustrating. Support was perfectly fine, but I was really hoping the setup wouldn’t feel like such a dramatic detour...

"Way too expensive for what you get"
I don’t think it’s worth the money. For the price, I expected a much better experience, or at least some kind of real customer support. Everything felt automated, and it was frustrating not being able to talk to an actual person when I had questions. Just not impressed...

"Pretty good print quality, surprisingly"
The print came out nice and sharp, and the colors actually looked good. There was one small mark on a page, which was a little annoying, but apparently we’re calling that a minor thing. Overall, it was fine and I’m mostly happy with it.

"API gave us a rough time"
We tried using the API for some mail jobs and it was frustrating. It kept failing with these vague errors, and the docs didn’t really clear much up for us. I can’t say for sure whether it was entirely the API or something on our setup, but we couldn’t get it working after messing with it for most of the day. Support was slow to get back too, so we ended up giving up and moving on

"Support helped, but I felt a bit rushed waiting"
I had to reach out to Stannp support about an issue with a mailing, and while they were polite and did eventually get back to me, the replies took longer than I was hoping. I was kind of in a rush to get it sorted, so the waiting made it a bit more stressful.
They did fix the problem in the end, which I appreciate, but I wish the communication had been quicker and a little clearer. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just average for me

I really wanted the automation features to work, but in my case they were just too buggy to rely on. Maybe it works better for simpler setups or different workflows, but for what I needed, I kept running into issues and ended up not using it...

"Postcards arrived way later than they should have"
My postcards showed up really late, and this wasn’t the first time. The company can use all the polished wording they want about timelines and service, but it doesn’t mean much when the order doesn’t arrive when it’s supposed to. I won’t be using them again

"I quickly figured the tracking wasn’t reliable"
I used Stannp for a mail campaign i quickly assumed something was off with the tracking. The updates felt slow, and I couldn’t really tell what had actually been delivered versus what was still in progress. I reached out to support hoping they’d clear it up, but I didn’t get much clarity there either. It just made the whole campaign feel messier than it needed to be.

"Good template tools, just a little fiddly"
I used Stannp mostly for the template design tools, and it was really easy to get my postcard looking the way I wanted. The drag-and-drop editor works fine, and there are enough options to play around with. It did take me a bit of time to get everything lined up just right, which was a little fiddly, but overall I had a really good experience.

"Address checks were a bit messy"
I used Stannp for address verification and it was really a bit hit or miss for me. It missed a few obvious errors, and a couple of valid addresses still got flagged, which was frustrating. Support was okay, really, but I expected the whole process to be more reliable.
